36 years -- not a prime number

My wife and I will celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary on April 16th. We are going to a Doobie Brothers concert that night. We saw them on a farewell tour; it was the first time I went to visit her in Iowa City. She later gave up her good job to marry a Western Illinois farmer and moved to the heart of Forgottonia. The Doobie Brothers are at the Peoria Civic Center on the 16th. Peoria is easy for us to get to, therefore it seemed appropriate to get tickets.

I have been working on a poem. You may think it an act too sappily romantic for a simple anniversary. There is an ulterior motive. I am leaving for a camping excursion with an old college friend from Montana on the April 17th. He emailed me on April 2nd. I agreed, then asked my wife on the 4th. We are going to Bears Ears in Southern Utah. I am rather in need of good karma and good will, as I solo to the Southwest.
